In this case, the tarnish can be removed in the following ways.
1) Place aluminum foil in a small heatproof bowl.
2) Place the jewelry that has blackened on the aluminum foil.
3) Pour baking soda over the jewelry and boiling water in sufficient quantity to cover the jewelry.
4) Wait 10-15 minutes for the boiling water to cool, then remove the jewelry and rinse it in tap water until it is sufficiently clean.
